All paid-up AFPA Trust members are welcome to join in person or by proxy.
The AFPA Trust is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Lyons, Julie Warren, and Kris Turner as its newest ambassadors. These individuals bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the Trust, further strengthening its mission to raise money for good causes by hosting events and improving connections in and around the asset finance and leasing sector.
Mark Lyons Mark Lyons has 20+ years’ experience as a recruitment partner to the Financial Services, Banking and Automotive sectors, having had an earlier career in asset finance sales for Bank of Scotland. His recruitment experience spans various disciplines, from junior to board-level appointments and from individual hires to multiple team placements
Julie Warren has over 35 years of experience in corporate finance across top 4 banks, FinTech’s, and Independents. She focuses on Senior Sales and Marketing roles within both Invoice and Asset Finance and is currently the CMO at Propel Finance and Chair of Hydr Finance.
Kris Turner is the VP of Business Development, leveraging his extensive experience from Apak Group and Sopra Banking Software, where he held senior roles in account management, business development, and sales enablement.

AFPA Trust is delighted to announce our 1st BIG Clays which will be held on Wednesday the 23rd of October at Clays, 55 Moorgate, London EC2R 6LL – where the winning team will bag £5,000 for a charity of their choice with £2,000 for 2nd and £1,000 for 3rd PLUS if you are an AFPA Trust Charity Partner then there are bonus winnings of 20% for Gold, 10% for Silver and 5% for Bronze.
Irrespective of the charity prizes available, this will be a fabulous night of fun, teambuilding and networking – you can bring staff, customers, brokers, suppliers etc. as long as they work in Asset Finance AND you can enter multiple teams. Whilst Teams are groups of 4 people, we can take 1’s and 2’s who we will be buddied up into a team of 4.
