This year’s 17th May was not a normal Friday. Some of the Asset Finance and Leasing industry leading lights worked their way down to Poole Harbour the previous evening for a Cordoba Rewards hosted late lunch. The conversation was lively with a slight hint of nervousness, as they prepared themselves for the big one, the next day … the fully sold out Jetski Safari across challenging waters of the Poole Harbour coastline
Turns out it was great fun and a bit educational too! As the pictures show, the nervous looks turned to smiles. Many of the locals can be forgiven for thinking the new Mission Impossible blockbuster was being filmed as the convoy made it’s way out of the harbour and into the open sea
Congratulations to everyone involved
On Sunday May 12, an AFPA Trust team took part in an event held in support of Whitchurch Primary School. This was kindly organised for us by Philip Benke of Quotevine (as seen in yellow helmet) and supported by Nigel Pratt of Rivermore (as seen in yellow shoes,) amongst others, so thank you from AFPA.
The course, around the North Wessex
Congratulations to all who took part

There are very few places you can go to, to get an overview of how the Leasing and Asset Finance Industry works. That is until now, where the A to Z has been put together and updated Julian Rose and our very own AFPA Trust Chair, Stephen Bassett The book launch is causing quite a buzz with both experienced players and those looking to make a career within the industry. As we know, understanding the language and sector acronyms can be a challenge in its own right. This has now been solved for you! Many Finance Houses and Broker firms are already providing the book for each of their trainees and new starters under induction, what a good idea! To order your copy/ies please contact Julian Rose at Asset Finance Policy by email, julian@assetfinancepolicy.co.uk or call 07914 071620. Be sure to mention AFPA Trust. Asset Finance Policy will then donate 25% of the £30 cover price to AFPA Trust. Thank you for your support!
